Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, case number, or other term submitted through a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the entry and supplies its response. Ouachita County Court Docket does not retain or record those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
A message sent by email is kept as needed to prepare and deliver a reply. It remains within the operation unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation. Contact information is not shared with an outside party merely because a message was submitted.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server may receive routine technical and usage details associated with the visit, including:
- The device's assigned IP address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and the time spent on them
- A referring website, when one exists
- The date and time of each page request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They and analytics services help measure traffic in aggregate, such as which pages are used most and where visits end. Browser controls can reject or remove cookies. Blocking them may change how some website functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
Collected information is used only for ordinary website operations and related service needs, including:
- Maintaining site availability, speed, and function
- Routing a submitted query to the correct search provider
- Understanding which material visitors use
- Diagnosing errors and other technical problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Ouachita County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of dockets or personal case information. It provides general directions to the Ouachita County Circuit Clerk in Camden, the Circuit and District Courts, and Search ARCourts. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to Arkansas court records, but it is not a consumer privacy statute for visitor data. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into a report about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools that appear on the website. Information entered into such a tool is handled under the provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider decides its own retention and disclosure practices. Review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Ouachita County Circuit Clerk, Arkansas trial-court resources, Search ARCourts, legal-aid services, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read that policy before supplying personal details.
An advertising provider may use its own technology to observe activity across websites and select ads. That activity occurs on the provider's systems and is subject to its controls.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be disclosed to the following recipients when needed for the stated function:
- A search provider that processes a submitted query
- An analytics service measuring traffic and performance
- An advertising network serving material on a page
- A government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used security measures are applied to information under the website's control. No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Safeguards reduce risk, but they cannot promise that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If information from a minor is identified, a request may be made for its prompt deletion.
Your Data Rights
Rights regarding personal data depend on the law that applies to the person and the request. No specific Arkansas consumer-privacy code section is claimed here. Subject to applicable law, a person may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information held about that person
- Correct personal information that is inaccurate
- Delete personal information when the law permits deletion
- Opt out of certain processing when an applicable right allows it
Updates to This Policy
This privacy policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and visitors should review it periodically for changes.
Effective date: August 14, 2026
